We have a small 5.5 acre plot of land outside Atlanta that we call home. I call it a hybrid homestead as we both have fulltime jobs so we do what we can to feed ourselves and work the land. Picture "Greens Acres" without the pig.

Watermelon Patch
The smaller area became the "watermelon patch" this year. 3 rows, 1 row of watermelon, 1 row cantelope, 1 row cucumbers.
